Black Tulip is a floral design studio located in Millcreek/Holladay,
owned and operated by me, Miriam Walkingshaw. I've been
working in event floral design since 2003. I love flowers and I'm
easy to work with!

Black Tulip does not have a retail storefront. This usually saves
our clients money. We specialize in events, and we're good at
making the planning process simple for you. Our designs are
unique and custom-created for your event.

I like clean, classic, modern designs with vibrant colors. But then
again, sometimes I love loose, soft, natural and romantic. Doing
the same thing over and over would be boring. That is why
I love helping you find a style that you love.

Call or email me anytime and we can choose a convenient
time and place for your consultation. We will decide on the
styles and sizes of arrangements and I will quote specific
prices that will not change before your event.

Feel free to bring: pictures of flowers you like, swatches
of colors or fabrics for your event, and anything else you
feel gives me a better idea of what you are looking for.
